ABOUT NOOR AL BISAT
One accountable team, from the first site visit to the final handover.
Noor Al Bisat Technical Services L.L.C was founded in Dubai in 2020 to give facilities managers, developers and private clients something that is surprisingly hard to find: one contractor who can handle the whole interior scope properly, and stand behind it.
Our carpenters, painters, tilers, plumbers and AC technicians work as one coordinated team, supervised on site and backed by our group joinery workshop in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi. That means fewer interfaces, faster decisions and a single point of responsibility for quality, safety and programme.
Every enquiry is answered with a site visit and a fixed, itemised quotation. Every project is supported by the documentation corporate clients expect: method statements, risk assessments, material submittals and a clean handover.

OUR SERVICES
Nine licensed activities, delivered as one service.
Each discipline below is carried out by our own trained teams under the activities on our Dubai trade licence, so what we quote is exactly what we are permitted, equipped and insured to build.
Whether it is a single pantry, a full office floor or a villa refurbishment, you deal with one project team that coordinates every trade, keeps the site clean and safe, and hands over on the agreed date.
Carpentry & Wood Flooring
Kitchens, pantries, wardrobes, wall panelling, display units, TV walls, timber doors and engineered or herringbone wood flooring, made in our group workshop and installed by our own carpenters.
False Ceilings & Partitions
Gypsum and grid ceilings, bulkheads, cove lighting details, access panels and light partition walls, coordinated with lighting and AC openings so ceilings close up once, without rework.
Painting & Wallpaper
Interior and exterior painting, epoxy floor coatings, car-park line marking, wallpaper installation and decorative paint finishes, with proper surface preparation as standard.
Floor & Wall Tiling
Porcelain, ceramic and natural stone tiling for floors, walls, washrooms and pantries, laid true and level with neat, consistent joints and proper waterproofing where needed.
Plumbing & Sanitary
Water supply and drainage pipework, sanitary fixtures, pantry sinks and washroom upgrades, pressure-tested and checked before handover.
AC & Electromechanical
Air-conditioning, ventilation and air-filtration installation and maintenance, plus electromechanical equipment installation and annual maintenance support.

HOW WE WORK
A clear process, documented at every stage.
Corporate and facilities clients need more than good workmanship. They need a contractor who documents the work, follows site rules and finishes on the agreed date.
Every NAB project follows the same six steps, with one project lead as your single point of contact from the first visit to the final sign-off.
